Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product has a major fault.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
